FRS Philippines Consolidation Policy is Bullshit!!!

I just went to these bastards's office today. The cost of freight to them is just $5 per pound (lb.) only, minimum of 2 lbs. They are charging me with the cost of $10 each for my 3 packages which are just 1 lb to the 2 packages and 0.6 lb on the other 1 package, with the total of PHP2,100+. That's their alibi. BULLSHIT!!! Is this what you call "Your satisfaction is our ultimate reward"? My packages arrived between September 28, 2013-October 12, 2013. Exactly 2 weeks. They have a consolidation policy that if you bought many items from different stores (like Amazon.com) using their freight services within 2 weeks, they should be consolidated. (http://www.frsphilippines.com/page-faqs.html  Look at the question: Can you give me some tips on how to save on shipping costs?) Meaning, what you're just gonna pay to them is just the total weight of the items you bought within that 2 weeks. So, what I should be only paying is PHP1,000+ or less. Their New York office should just AUTOMATICALLY put my whole 3 packages into 1 consolidated package and shouldn't sent them separately since I already registered them on their website.:

The other 1 package doesn't have a tracking number that's why I didn't able to register it but I emailed them about that item so it's still should be consolidated. They are basing their discounts on the arrival of the items in their US office that as if the customer has the control of his package's arrival date. It's like betting on the lottery that you don't know if your packages arrived at their cut-off time or not.

Now they are holding my packages. They want me to email their New York office who released those packages and they didn't want those items to be consolidated. I just wasted my time and money going there. What a pack of thieves...

Cavite Provincial Buses and I Picked Up My Katana Maintenance Cleaning Kit...

Today, as I'm about to ride the bus, their signs are only to Coastal Mall in Parañaque City. I thought there was a rally or it's a holiday that's why provincial buses from Cavite are not allowed to enter in Manila. I saw a bus that says its Pasay. When I gave my payment to the bus conductor, I told him, to the terminal. He said they are only going to Coastal. I argued that their signboard says it's going to Pasay. He told me all the buses are going to Coastal Mall. When we got to the terminal in Coastal Mall, these are what I saw.:

TV networks are prepping for a live coverage of what's happening there. It turns out the fucking MMDA decided to block provincial buses coming from Cavite that is going to Manila starting today. So, instead of just having PHP36 - PHP40 when going to Taft Avenue in Pasay from Dasmariñas Cavite, it will be PHP32 from Dasma to Coastal, then another PHP12 from Coastal to Taft, with a total of PHP44. That's almost the commuting fee when going from Dasma to Makati before. They think provincial buses from Cavite are the problems of traffic in Manila. They didn't realize, it's their narrow roads that are the real problem. They have done barricading the pathways in streets of Manila to stop passengers from riding and public utility vehicles for stopping to no unloading/loading anytime zones. I understand that but why this? It's really congested and the lines are long earlier when I arrived there going to Manila and when I went home. I'm quite happy because when I ride a bus from Taft Avenue or Makati, the bus is already jammed and people are already standing because of the many passengers who already rode there from Cubao, Mandaluyong and Makati. And this arrangement is ok if they already built the extension for LRT which they are saying will connect the Manila rail to Cavite and Laguna. But still, damn you MMDA because this is an increase of commuting fee for us passengers!!! The bus conductor earlier charged me with the amount of PHP40 from Cubao to Coastal Mall. I think that's not the right price. I think it's just PHP20+ and I think the conductor is taking advantage because he knew that there are no provincial buses and only Manila buses are around this time. I saw that the Jasper Bus was able to get through EDSA earlier. This evening I still saw Ortigas in 1 of its signboards. I just hope that Jasper Bus can still go through EDSA tomorrow. 

Anyway, that's just Part 1 of my story today. Last Part is about the katana cleaning kit I bought from Amazon. 

A freight company in Quezon Avenue took care of it. I took a long walk from MRT Quezon Avenue Station up to where the building is because I might pass over the building if I ride a jeepney. The freight cost [PHP733 or US $16.85 (tax included)] is almost double the amount of the cleaning kit (US$9.95). I saved US$5 (delivery cost) for getting the item personally. 

I will not use them for now since I already cleaned my katana using the sword oil I bought from Tozando. Maybe after 2 weeks. The oil inside in this box is 3/4 full, 1/4 got spilled along the way. 

I don't like the smell of oil.

It smells like machine/motor oil. 

I think I'm just gonna use it if I ran out of the real sword oil I bought from Tozando. The Tozando oil smells with clover since it's 1 of its ingredients.

I saw a chip of wood inside the box. 

I thought this is some kind of a nail when removing the peg in the tsuka using the golden hammer in the box. It turns out, it's just a broken part of the box. 

There's a note saying I could report this if there are some errors in my package and I just did on Amazon's website.
